We have all the things you need to cook up some killer enchiladas or throw down some fast tacos! We have the goods to spin it Texas or to go more authentic Tapatio. We carry organic, non-GMO hominy for pozole or taco soup, dry and canned pinto beans, dry and canned black beans, dry and canned kidney beans, refried beans, garbanzo beans, navy beans, cannellini beans, & black-eyed peas.

We carry salsas so authentic they put Herdez to shame — and healthier to boot! We have yellow and higher-nutrient purple taco shells, ancient grain spelt tortillas, organic corn tortillas (harder and harder to find with most North American corn now genetically modified). We have jalapeños in glass jars and green chiles in cans. We have the pastured meats and organic veggies to flavor it. And we have the spices, condiments, and seasoning packs to pull it all together.

Anywhere from 70% to 90% of olive oil in supermarkets is fake, i.e., diluted, counterfeit, rancid, rotten, adulterated, toxic. Not only will that oil not heal your body, it can make you sick and cause chronic inflammation and oxidation. But how to know which oils to trust? It’s tricky. We spent a full week researching and writing to companies to find authentic, high polyphenol, anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, award-winning real olive oil. We carry two or three such brands. The difference is palatable and marked. We also carry the only non-rancid sesame oil on the U.S. market, the only available organic avocado oil, cold-pressed hemp oil, virgin coconut oil, and cold-pressed flaxseed oil — all organic, of course.
