Can’t find gluten-free baked goods with any nutritional content? You just did!

Civilization was reared on bread — but not on the stuff sold in supermarkets today! Wheat has been so hybridized that it contains DOUBLE the chromosomes of ancient wheat. It might as well be genetically modified. What passes for wheat today causes many people digestive trouble, brain fog, autoimmune reactions, and more. Celiac disease is caused not by wheat, but by modern wheat and the pesticides on it.

There is an alternative — but it is hard to find. It is ANCIENT wheat. Einkorn, spelt, and kamut are all excellent delicious, nutty, ancient forms of wheat that do not tear up your gut, wreak havoc on your brain, or make you fat. Most people who are gluten sensitive can eat ancient grain without issues.

If you are gluten-free, try finding baked goods that have any nutrition in them at all, or that don’t feel gritty and brittle. We have changed all that. You can have your sandwich and might even prefer it over one made with wheat!


Ancient Grain Breads & Cookies

Ancient grain flours can be hard to find, but ancient grain bread is nearly non-existent. But don’t despair; we do the baking for you! We make ancient grain pinto bread, ancient grain spelt or kamut bread, ancient grain rolls, ancient grain raisin bread, ancient grain cinnamon rolls, ancient grain banana bread, and ancient grain pumpkin bread. We make ancient grain braided bread and pumpkin, apple, and chocolate pies at the holidays.

We use dates to sweeten most of our breads, and we add no thyroid-destructive bromide (which is in nearly every loaf of bread in grocery stores — we checked). Ancient grains are very high in nutrients and protein, unlike depleted modern wheat that is worse than nothing. And the flavor is other-worldly. Toast it and slather it with butter for a trip backwards in time!

The healthiest gluten-free baked goods anywhere, our gluten-free bread is chock-full of nutrients, with twelve different organic grains and seeds including sorghum, millet, amaranth, flax, sunflower, rice, arrowroot, tapioca, and oat. Sweetened with organic dates and with pastured eggs and virgin coconut oil. The texture is nearly wheat-like, and the flavor is exceptional.

Yes, this bread costs more to make — but you are what you eat! We use organic almond flour with a little sorghum, millet, oats, or other GF grains in our gluten-free oatmeal cookies, gluten-free ginger cookies, gluten-free peanut butter cookies, and chocolate chip zucchini bread for a rich nutrient profile and tender chewiness not found in baked goods made with cheap white rice flour. Less fattening, too!

Gluten-Free Keto Treats

When you want to reduce the spread of cancer, trim down your belly, or retard aging, you might want to consider a ketogenic diet. A high-veggie, no bacon ketogenic diet! But that means making everything yourself. We aid in the effort by making organic, healthy fat keto treats for that occasional splurge. Our keto chocolate decadence, keto coconut delights, keto nut bombs, keto chocolate coconut bars, and keto coconut carob chip cookies are staples. We also carry grass-fed keto chocolate gelato in the frozen section.
